Covid aid app was launched in only 12 days, with an infrastructure that could support receiving around 18 million subscriptions monthly, to then reach half of Brazilian population on June of 2020.
My design team helped finding the major problems and bugs users were encountering due to such fast paced deliveries. We started understanding what were the users saying to then coming up with a solution that involved a scraping script for Google Store (the store took around 2 days to release the reports we needed) and Apple Store and qualitatively analyzing hundreds of comments a day to understand where we had critical problems to prioritize for our daily releases.
